The staff was so kind and cute! they were always available and ready to help with anything i needed. the location was really convenient, and it made exploring so easy. i also loved how lovely the place was. It had such a charming atmosphere.
My room, the paris, felt quite dark, so maybe some extra lighting would improve it. i found the pillows too firm and high. It affected my sleep a bit. i noticed a smell of cat's urine in the breakfast area too. It was unpleasant.

i appreciated the delicious and fresh breakfast served each morning. the staff, including amine and fatima, were helpful and kind. they surprised us with a birthday breakfast and ensured our safety by escorting us in the evenings. overall, my stay was really good and very grateful.
the room, paris, was somewhat dark, and additional lanterns might improve the ambiance. the pillows felt too firm for my preference and affected my sleep quality. i think the riad could do with some refurbishment works.

the rooftop terrace is spacious and offers city views, it presents a great place to relax. the riad provides an app with an offline city map, which includes gps localization, a great help. the building has plaster work on the walls and ceilings of the public rooms.

the staff offered tea upon arrival as a welcome gesture, so thoughtful. daily room cleaning was provided and the staff were available whenever assistance was needed.

the staff was kind and helpful. the breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries every morning. our room had air conditioning, a very welcome thing in july.
The location was difficult to find the first time. Dark alleyways surround it. the pool was smaller than expected. our room had a slight musty smell. but we got used to it.
